World. Our condo is a ground floor (no elevators!) corner unit with over 1,200 sq ft of living space.
The condo has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed,
cable TV and a walk in closet. The second bedroom, the "Lion King" themed bedroom, has a full bed,
cable TV and a large closet. The third bedroom, the "Finding Nemo" themed bedroom, has two twin
beds, cable TV and a large closet. The unit has a full sized, fully equipped kitchen with all appliances,
dishes, pots and pans, utensils, and everything you will need to prepare meals. The condo has a
dining room with seating for 4 and 2 extra folding chairs in the closet if needed. Living room with
cable TV, sofa and love seat with sliding glass doors to the screened patio seating area. Washer and
dryer in the front entrance hallway. Truly a home away from home for your vacation.

these items as you use them. Towels and linens are provided. There is no maid service as the condo
is privately owned. The unit is cleaned immediately prior to your arrival and after your departure. For
extended stays, a cleaning can be arranged during your stay for a fee. Please arrange any cleanings
at the time of your reservation.
Our rates are very reasonable at $550 for 7 nights or $85 per night. Compare our rates to a hotel in
the area and you will see the tremendous value you get from renting directly from the owner. There
is a $200 per week deposit required at the time you make your reservation. The deposit will be
applied to your balance and full payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival. The condo is
guaranteed to be exactly as represented in the photos and the description. The deposit is fully
refundable up to 60 days prior to your arrival. 13% Florida state hotel tax is not included.
