Found our 3bedroom/2bath to be is very nice condition (everywhere has
flaws) but I thought it was kept very clean. With the exception of a snake
encounter, ants in the guest bathroom/bedroom and a couple
bugs..where we live I call a cock roach but I guess in Florida they call
them something different (smile)

I also did not see anyone check the Ph in the pool during the day BUT I
guess they could have checked it in the morning and evening when
everyone was gone because the pool/hottub was always clear. I noticed
the kids were very unsupervised and the pool area was used like a baby
sitting area and kids running all over also leaving trash and gum on the
concrete area. I did notice the basketballs were $5.00 to use BUT I am
sure kids take them and do not return if a deposit is not put down, maybe
the money was returned when the ball was returned(??)

I would stay in this resort again I did think it is in a very nice area and our
Condo was in very good condition. Next time I would like a condo closer
to the pool area..... I do give this resort a thumbs up....

Family from Michigan
We have stayed at Windsor Hills resort in Kissimmee Florida a number of
times and always look forward to going back. The pool and clubhouse
area is absolutely fantastic. We have always stayed at one of three
condos that are owned by the same family. We deal directly with them,
not a management company and have found what they charge to be a
bargain considering what we get and are immaculately maintained. Our
grandchildren love how the condos have been decorated with a Mickey
or magical memories theme. The best thing that we have found about
Windsor Hills is it's location. We only have to drive a couple of miles and
we are at Disney. Considering how excited kids can get in a car the
shorter the better. Already we are looking forward to our next vacation
there.

For Windsor Palms and Windsor Hills resorts
Our family of five stayed at Windsor Palms the week of March 25th,
2006--Spring Break for us. We stayed in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit on the
top floor at 2310 Silver Palm Drive, Unit #301. Managment company is
AD Homecare, Inc, Jeff & Diana Booth. The unit was brand new and
spotless. The top floor was peaceful and quiet. My three boys loved
playing basketball on the fenced-in court outside the swimming pool. The
swimming pool was nice and big and never crowded. There were plenty
of kids to play with--my kids liked this even better than Universal. Windsor
Palms had a movie theater where the kids watched movies--all free with
cost of the condo unit. The condo unit had a screened balcony which
was perfect for morning coffee. Each of the bedrooms had nice firm top-
quality mattresses-the master had a king size with the second bedroom
featuring a queen size with the third featuring twin beds.
Another nice feaure was a desk with internet access which allowed me to
stay connected to the office--reluctantly.
We prefer the condo over the two story town home model also in Windsor
Palms because it cost less and the town home has the third bedroom on
the first floor off of the kitchen--none of my kids wanted to sleep on the
first floor. So on our first trip 2 years ago the town home was kind of a
waste.
This unit at 2310 Silver Palm Drive was very reasonably priced--in fact, it
was the best price of all of the condos for that week. This was a great,
easy, relaxing trip with no surprises and Windsor Palms and AD
Homecare were key reasons.

We stayed at a Windsor Palms home for a week and loved it!! As others
have said, it is very close to disney. Take the sherberth road shortcut to
Osceola pkwy and you are on disney property in no time!

Very close to everything you need on the 192 strip.

The home had a wonderful pool and hot tub. We also spent a few days
hanging at the clubhouse pool. Very nice clubhouse and pool area. The
sundry shop was well stocked with items if needed. We will never do
hotels again!!

We just stayed a week at the Windsor Palms in a 2 bedroom 2 bath
condo on 2300 Butterfly Palm Way unit 202. The condo was very
spacious and clean but was in desperate need of new furniture. We had
3 adults and 2 children. The master bedroom had one queen bed, the
2nd bedroon only had 2 small twin beds. The sleeper sofa was broken
and could not be used at all. My niece and I had to sleep in the 2 twin
beds while my husband had to sleep on the broken couch while my
brother and 2nd neice slept in the queen bed. It wasn't the most pleasant
arrangements but we made do.

Didn't have time to enjoy the other amienties but the kids did find time to
use the pool a couple times. The resort sits way back off the road and is
very hard to find and the directions given to us wasn't the best.

The resort was a very short drive to WDW, Sea World and Universal
Studios which was great. Over all, I'd stayed there again. I'd just make
sure I was getting different sleeping arrangements.

stayed in a 3 bedroom condo for a week in mid November. This is a great
resort and I would highly recommend it. The large pool is heated, which is
great for swimming at night and cooler days. The grounds and all the
facilities were well kept and maintained. Our condo was large and clean.
We had a ground floor condo which worked out well since they have no
elevators at the resort at all. We stayed close to the pool but none of the
houses, townhouses or condos are very far away from the clubhouse. It
is a very short drive to all the Disney attractions and the Sherberth Road
short cut works out well. I rented directly from an owner but everyone I
spoke to at the resort seemed very pleased with their accommodations.
Definitely drive the extra mile up 192 to shop at Publix rather than the
closer grocery store. I would stay here again!
